Well, its officially the first day of summer today. What ever your summer plans are, I hope you all have a safe summer. Not really sure what I am going to be doing other than going swimming alot.

Wet n Wild

On June 17th, Mark and I went to the new Wet n Wild water park for the first time. There were good things and bad things. I liked it better when it was on the strip. It made it easier to get to. Now, they have it clear across town, next to a mountain. The rides were AWESOME!!! The lazy river though, was freezing when we first got in. And also people were RUDE and kept cutting in line just to stand with their friends or family. They should have stood in line like everyone else. Other than those negative things, we had fun. Don't know how often we will go there though.

Friday's mail day

Friday's outgoing mail included 6 letters and 1 swap. 6 going to USA and 1 going to England

I only got 2 things in the mail on Friday. Both from the USA.

Another Movie

Well, I just got home from seeing another AWESOME movie. Man of Steel. It is VERY much worth going to see it. Much better than I thought it was going to be.

This was for a swap on swap-bot. The lady lives in WI, but she went here on a vacation. This is a church in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. 

Wednesday and Thursday Mail

Yesterday, I mailed out 3 letters. 1 to Netherlands, and 2 to USA. I also mailed out 5 postcards for a swap-bot swap 3 to USA, 1 TO Philippines, and 1 to UK.

As for incoming mail, my mailbox was empty and sad today. No mail at all, not even bills. Oh well, gives me a chance to write more letters.

Nothing Exiciting

Well, my boyfriend was off on Sunday and Monday. Not much happened. Usually if a new movie comes out, we would go to the movies. The next movie that is for sure on our list is Man of Steel which comes out this next weekend. 

As in my mail, I didn't send anything out on Monday, but I did receive some mail.

Tried something new

I just tried something new with some stationery that I make. Instead of just putting a picture, I put my name at the top, to try to make it a little more personal, if that makes sense. If people like it, I will start doing more of them with other names on, as requested.

CSI: Experience

Do you like CSI? Well, if you ever make your way to Las Vegas, I would recommend you visit the CSI: Experience at the MGM.

While your there they give you a case to solve. Its pretty interactive and interesting. After you solve the case you get a CSI diploma

You also have a chance to take some pictures to remember the whole experience that you had while there.

This was what I did yesterday afternoon.

Saw another movie

On Sunday, Mark and I went to another movie. We saw After Earth with Will Smith and his son Jaden Smith. I thought that it was a really good movie. It really makes you think. What will Earth actually look like in 100 years from now? The answer is no one really knows. 

June is here!!!

Well, its finally the first day of June. Which for many of us is a sign that summer is here. Time to start planning vacations, going swimming, having bbq's, and much more. No matter what your plans are, I would like you to have a safe and happy summer, and build lots of new memories.
